Once you join ONE Group as a Preferred Customer, (which is FREE) you will be eligible to take part in our Loyalty Program.
To join, simply click on "New User" at the top right hand side of our online shop. Then select the "Preferred Customer" membership option and complete your details. You will then be a registered Preferred Customer on our system.
Here's how the program works:
Initial order - No discount
Subsequent orders (any value) - 10% discount
Loyalty Program Customers - 20% discount
(once you have accumulated 150PV)*
*PV=personal volume
All products are assigned a "points value" which is shown on the right hand side of the screen when in the online store.
Please note, Loyalty points are NOT assigned to your 20% discount order.
Your discount will return to 10% until 150PV are reached again and this sytem will repeat itself.
